So much for Spring - the heating has been turned up and the raincoats and brollies are out again. Heat wave in October and a cold wave in November! A good time to be sitting at a computer and enjoying your web-site!

In terms of contributions the regulars are here. Branch News is bursting at the seams and has adopted something of a new look, at least in WA. I encourage others to follow WA's lead. It is very encouraging to see so much activity occurring in the regions. It would be really good for other regions to get to share some of the presentations over the net. Give it some thought before your next regional meeting. Perhaps a podcast?

Alison has her usual eclectic collection in Library Corner and Train of Thought considers things palaeontological. A discussion is included for last month's Case of the Month.

Well a small update, but one full of interest. Only 49 days to holidays!
