For the Members Only Login to work, you MUST have cookies enabled in your browser. Once you have enabled cookies, logout, refresh the page and log in again. If that doesn't work, you may be behind a firewall. You will need to ask your systems admin to grant access to the site. Also, if you are using Internet Explorer v.6, you need to have your privacy settings set to "low". To do that, go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and move the slider down to "low".
